The $299 special covers the average single-family home. These are the situations that get quoted separately in writing on-site before any work starts:
- Homes larger than roughly 2,500 sq ft
- Homes with more than one HVAC system
- Add-on EPA-registered sanitizing treatment
- Add-on dryer vent cleaning (bundled discount)
- Blower wheel deep clean (removal required)
- Heavy post-construction or post-fire cleanup
