Pricing

How much does air duct cleaning cost?

Our whole-house special is $299 flat — unlimited vents on the average single-family home. Larger homes, multiple systems, or add-ons like sanitizing are quoted after a free inspection.

How much does dryer vent cleaning cost?

Dryer vent cleaning starts at $99 for standard runs. Longer or roof-terminated runs may be slightly more — we quote before we start.

Are there any hidden fees?

Do you offer military discounts?

Process

How long does an air duct cleaning take?

Most single-family homes take 2–4 hours from setup to walk-through.

Do you move furniture?

We ask that heavy furniture over vents be moved beforehand. We'll handle small items and put everything back where we found it.

Do you sanitize?

Sanitizing is available as an add-on with an EPA-registered antimicrobial. It's applied after source-removal cleaning, not instead of it.

Will duct cleaning remove all the dust in my house?

It removes dust from the duct system itself, which is the source your HVAC redistributes. Surface dust already in the house still needs regular cleaning — but you'll notice the difference.

Do you clean the furnace and blower too?

Yes — our whole-house package includes the blower compartment and accessible interior of the furnace or air handler.

What equipment do you use?

Industrial HEPA negative-air machines, rotating brushes, compressed-air whips — the same NADCA-standard equipment a commercial cleaning uses, scaled to residential.

How often should I have my ducts cleaned?

NADCA recommends every 3–5 years. Homes with pets, allergies, smokers, or recent construction should be closer to every 2–3 years.

How often should I have my dryer vent cleaned?

Once a year for most households. More often if you notice clothes taking longer to dry or the outside vent flap not opening.
